Testimonials

David Saxton

20 year veteran teacher of Qi Gong and Tai Chi.

Marc Tondelli

"From the very first day, Nathan creates an environment that is not only relaxed and fun, but also deeply sincere, reverent, and sacred. For me, it felt like a space where profound transformation unfolded almost effortlessly.

It quickly becomes clear that Nathan sees and understands more about you than he might say out loud. This can make you feel vulnerable or exposed—but never judged. On the contrary, his presence invites trust and openness, which deepens the entire process.

Thanks to the structure of the course and Nathan’s transmissions, reaching higher states in meditation feels surprisingly natural—almost easy. At the same time, it feels as though the realizations arise from within, as if you discovered them yourself.

His teachings go far beyond just techniques or steps. I felt like I truly touched the essence of qualities such as gratitude, reverence, and sacredness.

The experience left me genuinely transformed, energized, and empowered. I now walk this path with joy and deep gratitude—every single day, even from the other side of the world.

Eternal thanks, Nathan, for the short but incredibly powerful time I could spend with you.“

Lance Lee

"Nathans work and path is much deeper, much more layered, and much more nuanced than that which meets the eye, or any of the senses for that matter. He acts as a catalyst for you.

Apart from his extensive knowledge in many fields, exists his deep wisdom, interconnected to all forms of consciousness. Students who seek to connect with The Omnipotent will be drawn to work with Nathan. Allowing, not judging, and getting out of the way of one's own individual process, as a teacher he shows you that you are your own teacher and knows how to be completely present in your development and at the same time to not interfere with it.

Nathan emanates a deep sense of reverence and humility towards his craft, towards his students, towards the world, the universe, and beyond. His devotion to the path is as real as it gets, and at the same time his unassuming nature allows you to sit and have dinner and chat with him like he's on the same level as you like an old friend."

I have trained martial arts and wrestling with a lot of people, Nathan truly expresses the taichi body and was one of the strongest people I have put hands on. I was really surprised with how different it felt and it felt at times like a pushing and pulling a tree.

When I returned home after training with him for a month, I noticed a profound increase in connection to my internal tissues. All the energetic practice and wrestling I did with him had me feeling deeper layers of  fascia and generating more vital energy.

When it comes to hermetics, he really helped me to feel different frequencies, like with the Moon sit we did, or stacking kabbalistic letters together. He helped me to equalize with these subtle energies which has given me a huge boost in confidence for my personal invocation and Kabbalistic practices.

Probably the most impressive thing was after 10 minutes of healing with Nathan, long standing pain from a prior broken foot was gone! It had often prevented me from walking and was forcing me to cut practice short. The pain is a forgotten memory and has not returned.

Nathan is awesome at explaining and transmitting skills. Making it very easy to understand and deepen the practices. He is a great teacher and a pleasure to spend time with.
I highly recommend him for any serious practitioner.

"Having a background in martial arts, hermetics and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I thought I would breeze through Nathan's course and be ready for 'the next level'. Haha. His course & methods contain a depth that spans all experience levels and abilities. Wherever you are, Nathan meets you there. His kind demeanor and sharp humour leave you at ease from the start. When the transmission begins you realize the extent of his skill.

The only thing that saved my ass during 60+ hour work weeks was qigong and strength training. I have Nathan to thank for this because I used the condensed astral equilibrium practice followed by blowing that out in an electric bubble during my breaks. Not kidding, some days I was the walking dead until break time, then round 2. Like a different person.

I am still unpacking some of the lessons I received while attending his seminar over a year ago. The most valuable book in my house (by far) is a half filled notebook. F-ing crazy!

If this is what you're looking for dont hesitate. Dive in. You won't regret it!"

Caitlin B

"That was more potent than two ayahuasca ceremonies combined! I didn't sleep for like five days. Just dreaming like crazy!

I have noticed a big difference in how others are experiencing me. People seem drawn to me lately. I've been meeting new people randomly and had a lot of friends/acquaintances reaching out. 💜"

“Was very fortunate to have a visit from Nathan this weekend. He shared some Tai Chi with me during the course of our visit. He is a very gifted teacher. I wish I lived in Vancouver so I could attend classes. Those who live close enough to go are indeed fortunate. Thank you for taking some time to answer some questions.”

 Jordan Lavigne

If you would like to explore real spiritual practice, internal martial arts, or unique ways to empower your personal practice and skill set, get in touch with Nathan Szredni! Nathan is an incredible skilled internal arts practitioner and literally transmitted increased strength and connection(very effectively via tai chi practice) when we last hung out!
He can help a variety of folks increase their skill level in many other areas as well!

Ron Lanzarotta

"I took group and private lessons with Nathan for several years before moving to Vancouver Island and found both types of instruction to be very worthwhile.

For the last 4 years, I have continued lessons via Skype and have found this method of learning extremely effective and rewarding. Nathan demonstrates a highly developed ability to refine my form and understanding of Tai Chi.

I highly recommend Nathan's approach as a consideration for anyone interested in comprehensive instruction."

 Robert Kenney

Nathan did a healing session in person for me where he gently touched my wrists and over the next several minutes my heart chakra area was physically quivering and all sorts of energy got released. It was super intense and left me blissed-out the entire day.
He told me he invoked a solar deity and ran some Kabbalah letters through the deity. It was nothing short of incredible. The dude brings the hammer!

 Jake Green

Nathan is an experienced Bardonist and I've had the pleasure of doing some great meditation sits with him.
He's an excellent healer. He is also really well connected with the sun sphere which speaks volumes of his Character and dedication to this work.  I know few practitioners who've worked through all the beings of the Sun Sphere. Nathan Szredni is one of them.

 Sifu Lyndon Oudsten

I have met Nathan and he is a very skilled knowledgeable martial artist and energetic healer with good internals. We had a great time exchanging skills and knowlegde. He even managed to take away a huge burden I carried on my heart chakra for many years. Im very happy to have met Nathan and I am looking much forewards to the next time.

Meet Nathan Szredni

- "I do my best to teach in a way that would've SHAVED YEARS OFF my own learning curve had I had my current self as a teacher.

I used to say, with perhaps a touch of pride, that
"I was good at putting in the work. The thousands of hours of training. Day after day, year after year. But poor at improving."
I took pride in my own dedication. My own dogged tenacity. The capacity to persevere on this spiritual quest despite severe health setbacks and only moderate results.
Upon hearing this, the first truly masterful teacher I encountered simply said "Let's see what we can do about that".
Now it turns out all that work laid a powerful foundation. And when exposed to the right tools through direct spirit to spirit transmission the growth rate was staggering. Some skills I thought might take 20 - 30 years to develop...and others that I could hardly believe even existed... these were owned with in less than 1/10th of the time.
Good instruction truly makes a world of difference. Spirit to spirit transmission, the freedom of mind to grow, to evolve, to change. The encouragement walk our own path. This is a gift few give." - Nathan Szredni

Much Gratitude to all those who've influenced my path over the years.
