MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS

Meet Nathan Szredni

(Chief Instructor)

Nathan began studying Tai Chi under Steve Malliaris at the age of 11. He has since had the good fortune to learn martial arts, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Hermetics with a number of friends/mentors including Michael Lamb, Graham Meek, Adam Chan,  Mark Rasmus, and Steve Smith.

Over the last 20 years, he has taught group/private classes, workshops, and corporate events and is looking forward to this new online avenue of sharing the life-altering art of Tai Chi Chuan.

Nathan continues to study with teachers and friends whenever the chances arise.  There is no end to the path.  His time outside of teaching is largely absorbed by training and research.

Adrian Rupp

In dealing with the high demands of a career in Information Technology, my practice over the last 15 years in martial arts such as Tai Chi and Karate, has greatly impacted my ability to stay well and focused. I consider this practice a life-long pursuit where being part of the journey has allowed me to become more grounded, sensitive and open to others.

Chelsea Wood

I was curious about Tai Chi Chuan long before I took up the practice and discovered an affinity for the art. Through consistent practice I have developed a greater awareness of my body, allowing me to move with both more freedom and control. The calm, energetic focus my practice brings about has become an invaluable tool for encountering everyday stress with greater ease and equanimity. I continue to discover the rich benefits of practice and look forward to sharing this continuing experience with others.
